Welcome aboard A. You have some great videos. If you want to know how to catch fish you've come to right place. Create a thread and ask some questions .. you'll get all kinds of fishing advice ... good, bad and ugly.

But you must teach us how to catch at least one more fish... Try to figure out a way to add a trolling rod or hand line to your kayak. Might be very hard to do with that sailing kayak rigged with camera booms. Contact me next time you plan on going out to the everglades again and I will send you some info on lures to bring for trolling. I guarantee you'll at least catch a few trout or makeral that time of year
Yes, getting city folks interested in going out there would be good. However....let's not tell them how easy it is

It's not the size of the kayak that matters, it's how you move in tight places.

OK. The secret remains... secret. Not a word from me... We can probably attach a rod easily. Just like the camera boom(s). I believe the right lure is the key to success We are always paddling with the stars... at night. Hello everybody and thank you for the hospitality. We won't go OT on the thread. Regards, A.

Hey Vivian,
How is it going? Long time, no see/no hear. We miss the Everglades so much!!!! Still working on that trolling rod for the yak...
Meanwhile, we paddled a bit in Alaska and in East Greenland. Of course, tons of fish of all sizes, but no luck catching any. Hopefully, we'll be able to paddle in the dear Everglades again.

Capt. Grumpy, I started to watch your fabulous video and then Vimeo quite working on my smart tv. Left at where you just got into town and hotel was not ready. On my way to a 4 day camping trip to the outside islands so will have to wait until Sunday to see if I can get the video up. Please continue the filming of your adventures, and many more years of fun for both of you

The return to the Everglades... vimeo.com/402927641While plans for a vacation can and will often change in the field, due to weather, or just the unexpected, there are some rare vacations when every detail flows according to the plan. Well, almost every detail… On January 1, 2020, we embarked on a canoe trip to the Everglades National Park to retrace our first paddling journey in 2009. Ten years after that first journey, while some things seem the same, we were definitely not quite the same. Thank you for taking the time to come along and enjoy our 103 minute long video diary. We tried to make room for each of you in our canoe… Please, don't forget to click on the "HD" letters and choose the 1080p for the best viewing quality. Enjoy!
