Just a heads up to watch your feet, legs, etc. for unusual wounds, rashes and the like. Just went to the VA doc to check out redness on my toe. Looks like some type of infection, and got a heavy duty antibiotic. The water as it heats up can have nasty bacteria in it. Don't go into it if you have open wounds, or scratches, etc. Mine was not a wound at all, and must have entered in and around my nail. Might turn out to be nothing, but wanted to make sure.
Keep checking on status of that infection. Last week found out a capt out of choko trying to get his boat off an oyster bar got a small scratch on his foot. Two weeks later they have amputated his leg below knee.
Last year, there was a guy just wade fishing off one of the causeways downtown, and a few weeks later, he lost his foot. Nothing to play with, for sure. Doc said I could still go in the gulf, but just soak in soapy hot water after.

Back home in Jersey the solution for cuts was to go into the ocean. Down here it's the complete opposite. Also never saw so many parasites and worms in fish as I do down here. The trade off of year round summer.
Big Sugar, supposedly one of the biggest contributors to the problem and the political machine, could simply sell the Dominican Sugar that they have locked the market up on controlling the prices. Have any of you seen the plantations the Big Sugar execs have scattered around the country here in Florida, Texas, and other places.
